Uckfield

Obsidian are delighted to announce that we have exchanged contracts to promote 9 acres in Uckfield, East Sussex for residential development.
 
The greenfield site lies within the administrative area of Wealden District Council. Obsidian will be working closely with the Council and other local stakeholders to deliver a high quality residential lead development. 

 

 

Charminster

Obsidian are promoting a 24 acre site in Charminster to provide a sustainable residential development. We will be consulting with Dorset Council, key stakeholders and the local community as proposals are progressed.

Bletchingley

Obsidian are promoting a 19 acre site in Bletchingley to provide a sustainable residential development.  We will be consulting with Tandridge District Council, key stakeholders and the local community as proposals progress.

 

North Warnborough

Obsidian are promoting a substantial industrial/logistics opportunity on an 80 acre site in Hampshire. We will be consulting with Hart District Council, key stakeholders and the local community as proposals progress.

Didcot

The site totals approximately 56 acres and is located to the north-east of Didcot within the administrative area of South Oxfordshire District Council.

Obsidian will be promoting the land for residential development.

North Stifford

Obsidian are promoting a 24 acre site in North Stifford, Essex. Obsidian will be promoting the site for residential development and will engage with the local community, Thurrock Council and key stakeholders as proposals progress.

Eversley Cross

The two sites comprise circa 60 acres and are located within Eversley Cross, Hampshire within the administrative area of Hart District Council.

Obsidian will be promoting the land for residential development and a large strategic SANG.

Ambrosden

The two sites comprise circa 23 acres in total and are located within Ambrosden in Cherwell District. Obsidian will be promoting the sites for residential development through the Cherwell Local Plan Review and will be engaging with the local community as proposals progress.

Chalgrove

The site comprises circa 30 acres and is located within Chalgrove, Oxfordshire. Obsidian will be promoting the site for residential development and will engage with the local community and the Council as proposals progress.

Great Baddow

The site comprises circa 23 acres and is located within Great Baddow, Chelmsford. Obsidian will be promoting the site for residential development and will engage with the local community and the City Council as proposals progress.

Panfield

The site comprises 16 acres and is located to the south of Panfield village near Braintree. Obsidian will work alongside local stakeholders to promote the site for a residential-led scheme.

Pembury

Obsidian Strategic is promoting the 13 acre site which is within the green belt and AONB through the Tunbridge Wells local plan review for residential development to include affordable housing and high quality open space.

Hermitage

The site comprises 8-acres adjacent to the A259 at Hermitage, on the outskirts of Chichester, West Sussex. It is being promoted for residential development (including affordable housing) and open space through the forthcoming Chichester Local Plan Review '2034'. 

Faringdon

The site and former quarry located in Faringdon, Oxfordshire, was acquired unconditionally and is now being promoted by Obsidian Strategic for a residential-led mixed use development through an outline planning application which will be submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council in late 2018.  

Headbourne Worthy

The site is located in Headbourne Worthy, a small village in Hampshire located approximately 3.2km north of Winchester. Obsidian Strategic has submitted a planning application for a high-quality infill scheme designed by award-winning Winchester based architect Huw Thomas.

Farncombe

Located in Farncombe, Surrey, this 15 acre site borders the existing settlement boundary.

Obsidian Strategic is promoting the site through the Guildford Borough local plan process with the aim of securing an allocation for residential development to include an element of affordable housing and high quality open space. The site forms part of a potential major allocation involving third parties and we are working closely with the adjoining land owners to successfully promote the overall site through the local plan process.
