The application was refused by the Council in May 2026 against an officer recommendation for approval. An appeal has been subsequently submitted with a decision expected in early 2027.

Planning permission for 98 new homes was secured at planning committee in March 2026, and we are now actively marketing the site for delivery while the Section 106 agreement is finalised.
