Obsidian is promoting a significant residential-led development on the outskirts of Didcot.
Didcot, Oxfordshire
Due to South Oxfordshire’s inability to maintain a five-year housing land supply, we have shifted from a local plan-led approach and instead submitted a speculative planning application for a mixed-use expansion of the existing community. The proposal includes up to 200 new homes, a large area of accessible public open space, and a new community facility and a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school.
