Obsidian are promoting an 80 acre site for commercial development in Hampshire. Obsidian are anticipating that scheme will provide approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of B2/B8 floor space. The scheme will also incorporate a large amount of landscaped buffer planting around the site boundary.

Whilst the confidentiality arrangements in our contract prohibit us from disclosing too much, we are currently promoting the site through the early stages of the Local Plan Review. However, after carrying out an Industrial Need Assessment Report we are looking at whether submit an early planning application due to the high demand for employment land in the area.
