Obsidian has been working alongside longstanding local landowners to promote a site on the edge of Willand, in Mid Devon, for a residential-led development. The proposal comprises up to 130 new homes.

Given the pressing need for housing in the area, Obsidian are preparing a speculative planning application to Mid Devon District Council. The scheme provide a logical extension to Willand and much needed market and affordable homes to meet local needs.
