The public Examination into the ‘soundness’ of the Guildford borough Submission Local Plan: strategy and sites (2017) opened on Tuesday 5th June and will initially run until 5th July. The Examination is being overseen by an independent planning Inspector, Jonathan Bore BA MRTPI DipUD, who has been appointed by the Secretary of State. Obsidian Strategic is promoting a number of sites in the Borough and is attending and providing evidence throughout the Examination process.
