Obsidian Strategic is delighted to announce that our freehold Rogers Concrete site at Faringdon in Oxfordshire has now secured planning permission following the signing of a legal agreement with the Vale of White Horse District Council and Oxfordshire County Council. The site now has the benefit of planning permission for 95 houses (of which 18% will be affordable housing) and 1500sqm of commercial office use.
The planning permission is the culmination of 2 years of negotiation with the local planning authority on this brownfield site adjacent the historical important town of Faringdon.
