The scheme will redevelop a previously developed largely impermeable site with a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes together with gardens, significant new tree planting and areas of landscape buffering and new habitat areas to enhance biodiversity. We have recently sold the site to Runnymede Homes.
