Since securing the site for promotion in 2025, Obsidian has progressed swiftly, recognising that Cornwall is currently unable to demonstrate a five-year housing land supply and that the tilted balance is engaged.
An outline planning application was submitted for 75 homes in early 2026, with a determination anticipated in Autumn 2026.
