As Buckinghamshire was unable to demonstrate a five-year housing land supply, Obsidian submitted a speculative planning for 47 much-needed new homes.
Obsidian submitted a speculative planning application for 60 homes. We successfully won the application appeal, and the site has since been sold to Cala Homes.
Planning permission for 98 new homes was secured at planning committee in March 2026, and we are now actively marketing the site for delivery while the Section 106 agreement is finalised.
Obsidian has secured an outline planning permission from Elmbridge BC planning committee in the metropolitan Green Belt.
