Obsidian are promoting an 80 acre site for commercial development in Hampshire. Obsidian are anticipating that scheme will provide approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of B2/B8 floor space. The scheme will also incorporate a large amount of landscaped buffer planting around the site boundary.

Obsidian has recently secured its first promotion opportunity in Cornwall for residential development. The site lies on the southern edge of St Agnes, one of Cornwall’s most affluent settlements on the north coast and represents a unique opportunity for delivering a high value scheme.

Thorner, Leeds​

Obsidian have secured a Promotion Agreement for a site in Thorner, Leeds and are currently working it through the emerging Leeds City Local Plan to obtain an allocation.​

Uckfield, East Sussex

Obsidian submitted a speculative planning application for 60 homes. We successfully won the application appeal, and the site has since been sold to Cala Homes.

Tingley, Leeds​

Secured through Savills in Leeds, Obsidian are promoting a Green Belt site on the edge of Tingly, Leeds, for a suitable residentially led scheme.​

Willand, Devon

Obsidian has been working alongside longstanding local landowners to promote a site on the edge of Willand, in Mid Devon, for a residential-led development. The proposal comprises up to 130 new homes.
